In airports, I am always pulled aside during the security check. Apparently not that many people travel with microphones in their carry-on board luggage. But I cannot leave without my radio equipment. I might come across a great interview or story? However, my notepad and sharpened pencil seldom cause any problems.

I travel mostly in Europe in search of stories to tell. Apart from my radio recorder, my toolbox is full of journalistic gear in order to tell the stories with attention and knowledge.

But I spent my words on other things as well. I produce audioguides for exhibitions at the Danish Design Centre and radio stories for the news on Danish public radio. I write about lovely delicacies for the food magazines. As well as I do longer radio commentary for P1’s Panorama and write about cool Danes abroad for regional newspapers.

And … I am also working on a series of mystery novels starring the priest Agnethe Bohn. She lives (and solves murder crimes) on the small Danish island of Bornholm. At the moment, publishers are evaluating the first novel. However, I have already ideas for a second and third novel on the controversial priest and the second is rapidly coming onto paper.
